Intergenerational program is a success

Younger and older generations regularly connect at Mareeba Aged Care in Maclean. The intergenerational program recently saw Mareeba residents connecting with Gulmarrad Public School students.

"These regular reciprocal visits are a joy for both generations. They share time together and exchange stories and memmories", said Mareeba Aged Care Director of Nursing Rachel Bennett, "a vital part of our sense of community."
